Often times, it is challenging to understand the person on the phone to whom I am submitting the maintenance request. Secondly, there have been several times when I have been assigned a vendor who lives halfway across the United States, rather than a local vendor. I have now learned to tell customer service, “please assign me a local vendor”— but I shouldn’t have to tell them that. They should know that.
