Property was covered in dirt and bush completely disgusting. I’m top of that your team severely lacks in communication regarding the move-in checklist and move-in inspection had a very hard time should not have been as hard as it was.

The technician that was initially sent out had accidentally gone to and serviced the wrong property the first time. He did end up returning to mine and admitting his mistake and addressing the issue professionally.
