Thank You, but I still have the following concerns:- The rent come high compared with last year and the area pricing.- I still have a problem with repeated blockage of the shared bathroom that was repaired before but due to a design problem it is still kept clogged almost daily. I did not ask for a maintenance and do it manually myself since the technician came more than once with no hope!Other than that, everything is OK .. Thanks anyway.
