I don't like you guys don't have a regular maintenance crew it's just whoever is dispatched that day or moment. For people with young kids especially girls,everytime something bad at da spot! It increases the chances something could happen to a kid by 50-60% because it's a different face every time think about that.$ Be patient GOD ain't through with me yet

They said they reported that the unit needed to be replaced the last time we put it a request but it took it freezing again and us having to put an additional request in for it to get taken care of.

Everything went just fine

Advising us to check the fuse box and providing instructions may have kept the tech from having to come out.

It all actually went well.
