Everything was smooth sailing for us. Staff was more then responsive. Very helpful

The technician that came out the first time did not communicate if and when he would come back to finish the job. He came and looked at it on a Thursday. I called Kairos on Sunday to see what was going on and if it would be fixed. The owner of the vendor that was sent called and apologized and fixed the issue. She was very nice and helpful

I appreciated the reminders about my lease renewal. I'm pretty forgetful about these things. Thanks
