Took a long time for someone to come fix it

The actual process. It took weeks to fix a problem that should've been easily fixed. The phone number was incorrect so the contractor couldn't contact me. The first person that finally contacted me did not come at the scheduled time and did not contact me and let me know they were not showing up. The second contractor finally called and the technician finally showed up.

Easy move in process. But wish it was easier to talk to someone.

It took 18 days from someone to actually be able to fix the air conditioning. At 14 days was the first time someone came to look at it and was denied clearance to preform the work.

Easy access to the app to control the keyless entry.

Everything went well. I had no issues with my move in experience.

They were easy to reach and communicate with and very helpful.
