We initially turned this in in October of 2022. But the initial contractor came out, did nothing, told us he would be back and never came back.

The initial lock was delivered to the wrong address, making the problem last longer.

I submitted the AC maintenance request on Thursday due to 81 degrees and initially I was told Monday (5 days). Staying hot 3 days with extreme allergies presents health when your physician says keep the thermostat at 65-70. Had to contact Kairos and talk to several individuals before getting a quicker response
