My tub water options are not correct.(Turning the water on hot and it comes out cold)(Turning the water cold it comes out Hot. I have two kids that use the tub. This may cause a mistake when running bath water.

The refrigerator problem was noticeably not freezing at the time of move in. So it would’ve been nice to had that replaced before move in to save on all the food I had to dispose of.

Probably to start keeping more stuff available to solve these sorts of problems without having to outsource, it was a stupidly simple issue that took way too long just because you ‘weren’t equipped’ to replace a roof fan.
