They were nice to snake the tub, but I didn’t request it nor did I ask for it, so I will not be paying for the snake on a drain that has never been cleaned out before our rent agreement.

You guys didn’t call me you subcontract it with Timberlake something management. And this Timberlake never called me he just gave my number out to all these companies that were calling me. Just was not professional you Kairos living or the Timberlake should’ve called me letting me know that several plumbers would be calling to set up times. And that didn’t happen
