Everything from the start went well

The suggestions provided before getting someone to come out were useless and it would've been better if someone had just came out from the very beginning.

All went well.

Everything went as planned. The work order was completed.

The response time to have someone come out to fix the AC

Communication was trash. I spoke with a total of three guys of the 3, 2 came out. The first crew to me the motor was bad and did absolutely nothing about it and never came out. The second crew called me made an appointment to come out and never came. The third crew got it right and took care of the job.

The time it takes to get back to us to get this issue resolve

We had to use multiple technicians which require multiple appointments which cause us to lose wages or time off
