An outlet in our downstairs bathroom was not listed on the work order so we had to put in another request to get this done.

They didn’t respond in a timely manner. I put in the request and they finally got to me after about 2 weeks or so. They didn’t even come out to look at the issue I had to FaceTime them. I still haven’t received my new dishwasher and that has been over a week ago going on 2 weeks.

I made the first call on a Thursday. I had to go a weekend without the problem being fixed/ unable to use plumbing for fear of it over flowing. Ended up staying in a hotel one of the nights so that we could shower and do laundry for work the follow week.

Sending in pictures of the appliance. Uploading them on the computer or the phone. I am not a tech savvy person. I had to pay someone to come in and do that for me. I only use my phone for calling and texting sending stuff to people I don't know how to do
