Communication from the technician - he showed up announced on the day of the service. My appointment was confirmed for 1pm and he arrived at 9am without any call or ETA.

He was on time and very professional.

Mr. Reyna fixed the original problem, which was the controller for my irrigation system. The system is leaking somewhere else. This was not known at the time he fixed it.

Jason was the one we were told to contact. We had plumbing issues, and we had text AND called hom. It was over 24 hours before we heard from anyone.When we looked at this house, we told the realtor that the apartments we were leaving took over a week just to come look at our overflowing toliet. We were told there was 24 hour maintenance here, and we wouldn't have that issues. The sewer ended up backing up in all 3 of my tubs BEFORE anyone returned our call.I do NOT want Jason assigned to our issues again. He didn't return our call or text, and I felt as if the issue needed to be addressed immediately, and not over 24 hours later.My parents were here from Indiana, and we're unable to shower while they were here. I find this lacking professionalism, and I feel if Hank had not reached out to us, that we would've had to wait longer.
