How long it took and for them to have the water heater here on time tech sat outside a while before the water heater got here and then how long from the time we called for maintenace and getting it repaired should have not taken a week

It’s hard to get immediate service, especially when it’s an HVAC issue in the summer. But, we did have to wait a couple of days for service. In the meantime, I had to use a turkey baster and a bowl to keep the drip pan from overflowing. Not a huge issue, but definitely inconvenient.

Better communication. I was told a tech would come out i sat in the hot house sweating for four hours never got a call. Tried calling and texting and still havent gotten a response since.

Stop asking so often for photos of the issue to basically check if it is an issue that needs to be addressed. Anyone renting from you is an adult and should be able to make that decision without the extra step.
