Due to the weather heat, it did take a while to get the ac working. I know that the vendor put us on the schedule to come on Saturday morning (first thing). It was a part that the tech had on his truck (yea). Now all is cool.

The maintenance requests stemmed from the move-in checklist a year ago. Earlier follow-up would be appreciated.

No issues to report. I was very thankful to kairos for putting us in a hotel for a couple of nights while our problem was fixed. The heat has been insane in Texas, so being without AC was worrisome.
