The move in experience was smooth with no complaints to speak of.

When things are considered an emergency they are not handled in a timely manner. We have had flooding that was never addressed or followed up on after being reported. Then water coming up through the floor boards for over a week that wasn't addressed from 11/9th until the week before Christmas. The leak in the roof was identified but not addressed.

Took a while for maintenance to be called from the time of request

This is the most confortable homes in the Amarillo area we couldn’t ask for more we love our home thankyou

The repair isn’t the issue the issue was how long it took for them to send a tech to fix the items submitted for repair
