The technician didn't have any replacement air filters due to mine being damaged the day before from the leaking A/C

It took some time to reach out to the company that actually came out to make the repairs. Had to go through a whole process via phone with Rently and then was asked to do it again even though we had already done the remote things to try to fix the locks. Overall the timeliness of maintenance actually being on site was good and they were quick with the repair

Just getting to experience such a beautiful home
