Had to do 2 separate maintenace request

Nothing everything was great!

Didn’t let me know when they were done. Left tools in the yard which they picked up the next day. Not huge deals , they were friendly otherwise

Everything went well.

The contractor never called after the initial contact if availability. I called back and was told they would check and get back to me. Didn’t. Reported on Wednesday said I was available Friday. And plumber showed up Sunday as I was leaving. Had no idea he was coming

Everything. It was all so smooth.

All was good

The fence has fallen down 3 times now. It is less than a year old; it should have been constructed better in the first place. It was obviously a job done by the lowest bidder and it shows. The section that fell down landed directly on my car and caused body damage so I'm pretty disappointed about that

Had really bad body odor

Everything went well
