Well before we were charged 300 dollars and had no idea it would cost that much on a previous request. Let tenants know before if it's gonna cost any money especially hundreds for a 10 minute call.

Everything. You can’t speak to a property manager. The customer service people are not truthful. For 2 months we received 3 call backs

the entire process took so long and I was not communicated with along the way and repeatedly had to follow up.

Access to the home

The move in experience was smooth with no complaints to speak of.

When things are considered an emergency they are not handled in a timely manner. We have had flooding that was never addressed or followed up on after being reported. Then water coming up through the floor boards for over a week that wasn't addressed from 11/9th until the week before Christmas. The leak in the roof was identified but not addressed.

Took a while for maintenance to be called from the time of request
