At first, the company scheduled without telling and had someone show up at my door early in the morning while I was gone. The person on the phone was not very nice and was very inconsiderate when I told her I was dealing with a family issue at the moment. She would not get off the phone after I told her I would call back to reschedule since I was not at home.

I think someone should come out to inspect right before each person renews their list to take care of any concerns tenants may have. This may increase a faster renewal rate.

The process of finding and renting a home was very easy. It would have been nice if it was part of the process to have an agent call to check in before signing to just go through any questions and show some sort of outreach before hand. It would provide a little peace of mind knowing agents are being proactive.
