Once we got approved, the assistance with getting the lease signed, viewing the home, and getting additional questions answered was so smooth! Veronica Maxey was very informative and helpful throughout the process and answered all of our questions.

Clarity on questions asked about the issue. I was asked to take pictures but was never clarified what the pictures were needed of after asking a few times, but this was not a barrier to still scheduling a maintenance visit
