It took some time to reach out to the company that actually came out to make the repairs. Had to go through a whole process via phone with Rently and then was asked to do it again even though we had already done the remote things to try to fix the locks. Overall the timeliness of maintenance actually being on site was good and they were quick with the repair

Everything. Multiple people have came out regarding this matter and yet it is a constant issue.

The keyless is so smooth and easy.

If technician is not making it till right before the end of the day, maybe go ahead and reschedule. Also make sure technician has all the tools needed, and is aware of what the issue is prior to coming.

I truly appreciate your realty company. Everyone there has always been helpful & courteous. I was so happy to be able to transfer to another one of your properties. Highly recommend anyone to become a tenant through Kairos Living.
