1. No one answers the emergency maintenance number. You have to wait for a call back. 2. The vendor you hired and sent out walked in my house took a 5-second look at the toilet and said that they would be back Monday. (The emergency happened on a Saturday morning) This was very unprofessional and defeated the entire point of calling in an emergency work order. 3. I called the vendor and complained to their management they got somebody out to me later that evening who was able to fix the toilet. However because the leak was upstairs it went into the ceiling for downstairs and ruined a bunch of the drywall I was told they would be out Monday to fix it after kairo's approval. I got a text Monday saying they would be out Tuesday... 3. Gentleman comes out Tuesday to tell me that he does not have the tools or equipment to fix the ceiling. Complete waste of my time and the vendor's time to show up to an appointment that could have been communicated via phone call. 4. When he finally showed up Wednesday he fixed The ceiling but did a very very poor job leaving raw materials and holes visible from his ceiling patch, as well as white caulking that was a big eyesore and stood out compared to the rest of my home. 5. Sent pictures to the vendor management when the employee left and they asked to send somebody out again the following day. Same guy was sent out the next day with paint and plaster to fill in the holes and make things look presentable. This entire experience was very unprofessional, with lots of reschedules and pointless appointments showing up just to say you can't do anything today. By far one of the worst experiences I've had with a vendor that Kairos has hired.
