Tech was out next day and quickly diagnosed issue. Estimate submitted but repairs were not approved for 3 days. This resulted in the repairs going into the following week. Tech and parts were available. Approval process caused the issues. Home was over 90 degrees inside for over a week making the home unlivable.

Work needs to get done quicker. They have been here 6-7 times and still not fully fixed
