There’s nothing I would change. Requesting the maintenance work order was a very easy and smooth process. The agent I spoke to was knowledgeable and quickly set up the work order. My issue was handled quickly without any hassle.

Signing my lease and actually moving in is the only thing that went well with the leasing experience. To actually find a home and have to go through what I went through for a whole week just to get approved for a very little home was ridiculous. I hope in the future kairos doesn’t make it this hard, and hopefully I’m no longer renting a house, I can go through the headache of buying a house instead.
