The yard was not green and has lots of weeds. The floors in the house were crumbling or coming up. That’s the only thing about the house that wasn’t suitable to live with. The contractors came out and took pictures. I also sent pictures in with the ticket. The office staff at Kairos were very friendly.

It’s a great company to rent from. If i didn’t have to move because of security issues. I would not have moved.

Though we were able to get water to stop flowing in, expected it to be faster than 5 days before someone made it out. Also felt like concerns about mold due to standing water was disregarded.

I don’t have any complaints

The application was fairly easy to complete. I had to follow up a few times because I never got updates on the status of the homes availability. However, each time I called everyone I spoke with was polite and patient if I had any questions and answered what they could.
