Breaking down lease after I originally had questions about the order of first, last and deposit plus 200 dollar pet move in fee. Veronica said she waive pet fee and got me credit for April rent.

I have been leasing with Kairos Living for 4 years and have been very satisfied with the renewal experience. The customer service is top notch. If you have questions or need assistance they are a phone call away. The return calls and text you messages, too. Thank you for the excellent customer service and employees who if they do NOT know the answer take the time, give you a phone number or transfer you to the person who can assist you.
