The technicians destroyed so much and I still haven't heard back from the technicians company for repair

It took multiple tries to get someone to even show up to our house requiring us to take off work multiple times. The first time we submitted a request it took 3-4 different tries to get someone to actually show up, requiring us to take off work for no reason. When he did he made our dishwasher worse so we had to submit a new request. I took another day off of work and they didn’t show up again even after confirming the time and date with the supervisor.
