The scheduling was inconvenient. I took a day off of work thinking the technician would be able to fix the issues same day. It was not communicated that the first scheduled date was for inspection of the issues….better communication on the process can eliminate unnecessary work loss.

Rent is way too high for the quality of property building.

Communication was a breeze and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Refrigerator wasn’t fixed and no assistance yet

An active water leak that ran for a day and a half. Maintenance did not come until the end of the next day

That it took 2 days before anyone came out, and he didn’t speak English very well so conversation and questions were limited

The worker was late and the job took longer than expected

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The only hick up was through the portal when submitting my income, the system did not review my income properly which caused a couple extra hurdles. Besides that, great experience!
