Delivery could ONLY happen on a Thursday. I explained I was out one week for work and the following Thursday for Mothers Day. They could only hold the item for 10 days, then would have to cancel the order and I would need to re-submit a maintenance ticket.

I’m not completely sure I like the toilet that was installed. Not enough water fills up in the bowl and it has a push button flush. I was happier with an old-fashioned regular toilet.
