Quick and easy experience. I like the options i have to lease longer or shorter. I just wish rent wouldn’t go up every year considering we always pay in a timely manner going on 3 years now

As of now the home that we stay in is suitable for my family needs however, there are too many hidden fees in the rent cost particularly when talking about utilities example water, garbage etc. in addition to hidden fees there are sub charges that are present as well that are in the monthly rent driving cost up
