we have lived her for years but rent keeps going up every year so we will not be able to afford to live here for to much longer.

Kairos has made it very easy to stay in our current location at competitive prices.

Would like the ability to negotiate rent. Rent prices are going down and I would stay if the price for my unit matched or beat the prices for the same / equivalent rental in my area my unit is getting priced out of the market, I would be willing to negotiate rent, the renewal process does not allow for negotiations
