The maintenance man agreed to meet with me Thursday at 4:00 PM. I left work early to accommodate him as I was told 5:00 wasn’t the best time. The technician did not show but called at 5 requesting to meet on Friday instead.

Establishing the need of an onsite tech while speaking with what seemed to be three different departments either with Kiros or LuLa…I cannot tell you who was the actionable department.

i’m still having the same issue we started with a month ago I’ve had one person come twice another set of two people come once and a plumber. Come another time. I’ll still with the same issue.

The townhouse was beautiful and great to live in. Some of the neighbors were friendly but there were some bad apples at the other end of the complex. Overall the staff and home was excellent.

Took a while for him to get there but was a busy hot day for HVAC and he had other people before us.
