The maintenance people said that the management company refused to rip out the baseboards to check for mold and rot from past water damage and leaking. They apologized deeply because they are 90% sure there’s rot

When i first move in with the prior company. Having the onsite presence was apparent. Common areas were clean and rules were brought up to residents attention. After Kairos Living took over the common areas were at times covered in trash. Vehicles parked on sidewalks and many other things.
