Can we actually get this issue resolved. I am Not sure the process of moving the thermostat but have spoken to many electricians and techs and they said it is in the worst place possible

We don’t not only appliances. They are only two years old and they have failed and the simple fact that you are giving that responsibility to the renter is absolutely appalling.
