Luckily everything went well.

I didn’t feel he was here long enough to do the work he said that he did. And the weather has been to warm for me to be sure the issue is resolved completely. We’ve had one bad day since then and it was warm but every other day is fine

It’s been 8 months or longer to get carpet fixed! Capet was unraveling at each rooms doorway exposing nails. Nails were catching mine & my 2 year olds socks & cutting his feet. It still took forever for someone to come out & try to fix it the first time with metal thresholds; I said no & that it should be fixed right for what we’re paying to live here. Had to call 3 separate times to kairos & send pictures 3 separate times. Each time I was told it would be taken care of & who to contact! Kairos was going to put metal thresholds at each doorway with carpet instead of matching the existing flooring because they didn’t want to pay to fix it properly. So it wasn’t going to be done properly or profeshionally! Communication between kairos, contractor & I was poor! As of now though; thresholds are done with matching piece & look good but some caulking still needs to been done & I’m not sure when they are going to come back & finish the job. Overall, Not a great experience!!!
