I had issues with the initial vendor that was sent out. Highly recommend not doing business with OKC Plumbing and HVAC

I moved in to the house and the heat didn’t work. The maintenance inspector asked his company to come fix it and they told me it would be more than a week. That means I was moving into a brand new rental in the middle of winter that didn’t have working heat. Thankfully when I called kairos they asked to bypass the typical company and have someone else come. It would have been nice for it to be checked before I arrived though.

It did take a couple of days for them to contact me, however we were able to get the lights in the bathroom to work so it was a minor inconvenience. Would have been worse if that bathroom had been non functional.

The first portion was a bit rocky with the system; however, Laina Damron was my first point of contact before I even applied and she made herself available to speak with me anytime that I needed help or had any questions. She was a pleasure to work with and she’s such a nice, sweet and respectful woman. I would recommend her to anyone! I also spoke with a few other nice people from Kairo’s Living and everyone was nice. I also want to highlight Eric as well, he was the leasing agent that I communicated with during the process. He was adamant about making sure that I got the home that I was interested in most, although I changed my mind about that one in the end. No one seemed irritated or upset about my indecisiveness and was very patient with me and even went out of their way for me. I thank and appreciate everyone at Kairos Living and look forward to our future relationship together.
