the company that was assigned the request did nit respond in a timely matter. the request was sent at 9pm on Wednesday. I received the Kairos email shortly afterwards stating the work orfer was assigned. I did not hear from the company at all the next day. I had to contact Kairos. Kairos contracted the company and stated he would contact me soon. Almost two hours head passed and I had not heard anything. I had to call myself and when he answered he seemed very nonchalant. He stated he would call back in a min. two hours passed and when i called again he sent me to vm and texted that he would call back in a min. another hour or two later the young man assigned to the work order (not the individual i spoke to on the phone) arrived. I was not home. He was not aware that i requested a call before arrival. The person in charge of the company was not professional or timely. This was aggravating considering I informed him when we spoke that the inside temp of the house had reached 90 degrees, hotter than outside and i have children in the home. This could have been an incident due to extreme heat b/c the company failed to respond in a timely manner. Had he responded correctly the young man sent to fix the issue would have been able to fix it the same day. Instead he had to come back the next morning because the store he needed to get the part from was closed. We spent an extra night in uncomfortable heat in the middle of a heat wave b/c of the company's unprofessionalism.
