We expressed that we like the first company Kairos forced us to use another company. That company was a complete joke and every aspect of the sense and now Kairos has found another amazing company that works out for all of us and corrects the problem.Maybe just the fact that we had to go to a different company because the first one wasn’t all inclusive even though we like them and they knew what they were doing would probably be the issue but I’m thankful that we found another company. That’s really good. They know what they’re doing. They’re pleasant and the work is going to be completed in a timely fashion and correctly.

Sourcing out and scheduling with a 3rd party. Having to come back and get approval for parts for the toilets which delays the process. The fridge didn't work upon move-in therefore that could have been avoided with a check of working appliances before move in.
