Follow up response when a 2nd visit is required

For an emergency repair having someone come within 24 hours (even on weekends) rather than up to 3 days. Even though I stopped the main source of flooding in the house, I could hear water continuously running from somewhere. That is a lot of water I unfortunately am going to have to pay for on my water bill. Thankful that no other flooding occurred in the house before the maintenance people did arrive 3 days later.
