Communication

My garbage disposal started leaking after he had left. I called him to let him know what it was doing but he never came back to look at it to make sure everything was ok

Lack of immediate help and no suggestions on what to do in the meantime while we were getting inches of rain with the house flooding. Also no urgency in contacting anyone to come dry out and dehumidify the flooded area.

Nothing really, only that the garage ceiling was textured before, but after the replacement of the panels, Kairos didn’t want to pay for the texturing again. The panels are visibly just dry wall panels. BUT, it’s in the garage so it’s not that high profile. It doesn’t bother us, it’s just a bit unsightly.
