My suggestion for Kairos is to have in-house contractors wear a Kairos shirt and visible name tag. Given the high number of rentals in the area, being able to easily identify personnel at the front door would be a great addition to an otherwise seamless experience.

Everything went well, the only issue I had was with the keys to the garage not matching the locks. However it was quickly resolved.
