I had to wait a couple days because it was the weekend

My move-in with Kairos Living went really smoothly. Communication was clear, everything was ready when I arrived, and the team made the process easy and stress-free.

The home was not cleaned at all. The master closet rack fell on my mother. We called and let someone know to come fix it ASAP. Still haven't heard anything back about this. We have young children, what if this would have fallen on thim it could have injured them really badly. This is a huge liability. We need someone out to fix this ASAP. Thank you.

Everything went as planned. Few maintenance issues to handle

Everything was perfect

The dishwasher is worse after he tried to fix it. The tech didn’t show up twice after I took off of work to be here. When he did show up he was late.

The whole process was easy!

I thought the platform at the back was going to be replaced but it was not.
