I was without heat or air for 12 days, the 1st guy Joe was very unprofessional and disrespectful. It took way too long for Kairos to fix the issue. I call times sent 3 emails before anything was done.

It was having issues with the 1st technician, the first vendor sent out. Doing more research on certain technicians before hiring them for the job would be a great improvement.
