The first person who came from maintenance offered no hold and was only looking for money

You need to hire more professional contractors. The man that cane to my house was clearly not trying to do all the work and he probably got paid already which is why he isn't following up to finish the job

After the initial visit, they did not come back with propper maintenance materials to correct the entire job. After installing the first transirion strip they did not counter sink the nails/screws and left them above floor level that could catch peoples feet and cause injury.

The experience was awesome from the beginning to the end! My leasing agent ensured all of the needed documentation was correct before proceeding to avoid any issues.

It took 5 days for them to come with a broken garage door

The vendors need to not show up to the residence earlier than the agreed time that was set. There were issues that came up with the AC vendor because he arrived early and was really nasty when me and my husband hadn’t left work earlier to be there on a time we didn’t agree on. There needs to be clear communication with Kairos and the vendors on what updates a work order needs. Because there wasn’t any communication to us as tenants waiting on AC in a house for 5 days.
