It took multiple tries to get someone to even show up to our house requiring us to take off work multiple times. The first time we submitted a request it took 3-4 different tries to get someone to actually show up, requiring us to take off work for no reason. When he did he made our dishwasher worse so we had to submit a new request. I took another day off of work and they didn’t show up again even after confirming the time and date with the supervisor.

The color used to cover the repair is different than the rest of the ceiling

Jus say it is much tougher now to lease property then it was 20 or 30 years ago!!

Everyone does respond back quickly and it’s easy to get ahold of someone anytime you have a question. Went smooth.

That it still not working

Accessing the home was easy. Also the self inspection is easy even though I have to finish it once I get off work

I don't do the self maintenance because I am not mechanical or have any desire to do those things and due to my age shouldn't be doing any of those things.
