After the maintenance worker addressed the problem with the air-conditioning unit, Kairos had to authorize the purchase for the parts before they could be fixed. I was told that they had to check to see if it was still in warranty. Perhaps this is something that could be checked when the requests are initiated submitted to save on time.

Wish it was done right the first time than having them come out multiple times
