Making the appointment took several weeks and several phone calls and emails,, having a technician who was available quickly and who did not have to keep rescheduling. I was home for each appointment - rescheduling was not due to me being unavailable.

My front door lock should not have taken almost 2 months to resolve. Response time from landlord, rently, communication was not prompt in the least.

Submitting on portal. When we submit pictures, videos and let you know what was already done and what the problem is. It seems like things are not being read before responding with videos to fix it on our own.
