Literally everything went well other than I’m missing my fireplace remote control.

Everything was very detailed and easy to follow. The smart home entry is amazing and made move in easy. The house looked very clean and well maintained and the RentCheck inspection was very easy

I think the process was pretty easy an straightforward. Loved how Kairos stayed in touch.

When we first submitted the maintenance request for our dishwasher we were told we would need to schedule an appointment with appliance company prior to Karios coming out and looking at it. As landlords, it should be your responsibility to facilitate the maintenance requests with the appliance company since you are responsible for the appliances you provide. And once the appliance company came out to look at our dishwasher it ended up being a problem they couldn’t solve anyways. Problem could have been resolved if Karios sent someone from their maintenance team first to look at the dishwasher back when in August when we first submitted the request.

When several companies had to come out to verify the problem

Apartment is really nice inside. The color of the walls compliments the wooden floors. Carpets are really clean and it smelled decent.
