First time here and everyone I encountered was kind, attentive, helpful and reassuring. Sheryl Salazar at the front desk gave exceptional service and was fun to chat with; attending nurse, Kathy, was friendly and personable; lab tech, Alyssa, gently navigated my tricky-to-access veins with patience, apologies and expertise. Shaneice Stuart in pharmacy was only on site (from another Kaiser location) that day. She helpfully guided me through the KP app and offered useful suggestions for follow up care. Finally, I was thrilled to be seen by Becky Kueter, PA. I wasn’t assigned a physician in advance and wanted to see a woman since I was getting an annual exam. Becky shared insightful current information pertaining to my age and health and worked out a likely treatment plan. The follow up on KP.org + ease and speed of online Rx ordering have been smooth and helpful. I drove 3 hours to reach my closest Kaiser facility and had to stay in the area overnight. Nevertheless, WORTH IT! I will be back :)
