I love my place but Just don’t like it that we don’t know every month what the total of our rent will be🤷🏽‍♀️. Don’t like the way it “ fuck fluctuates back-and-forth from month to month. It just needs to be one amount and that’s it including everything every month some months is low. Some months is a little higher. I’m not used to that coming from California. Our rent was always we knew where we pay every month regardless I believe that’s why we’ve been noticing a lot of people moving out of the building in the last couple of months or so.

Worst experience renting ive had. Office staff unresponsive to concerns. There are countless but the most recent is neighbors smoking and causing my apartment to smell and become basically uninhabitable. Ive reached several times with no response.

The lady at that gave the tour was very polite and gave a really good tour

To be honest the tour experience was great. Once moved in however I felt a completely different staff experience. Felt I was unwelcome to ask questions at any part of the process whether it came to what was the nature of a particular scheduled maintenance or anything about my move out process.

Good service

Vonda was very kind and friendly. The grounds look very clean and inviting. The model unit looked nice and gave a good idea as to the amount of space that would be leftover after furniture is placed. She answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease during the tour.
