To be honest the tour experience was great. Once moved in however I felt a completely different staff experience. Felt I was unwelcome to ask questions at any part of the process whether it came to what was the nature of a particular scheduled maintenance or anything about my move out process.

Didn’t receive any communication during move out. Poor communication throughout stay. Nickle and diming with random fee’s Marking apartment as vacant and returning mail to sender Pool closed for 9 months of stay. And then rarely open Got my move out date incorrect Front Gate always wide open, not secure Pools dirty Apt above me flooded, water came through my ceiling and destroyed amenities One of the burners on the stove didn’t work Ice maker didnt work The dryer didn’t work well Leakey faucet in bathroom even after being “fixed” Walls are paper thin Maintenance staff were great.
