Alyssa is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and also is so friendly! She makes it feel like home already!

I gave Kaleidoscope Apartments a 5 because the property is always well-maintained, the management is responsive, and it’s easy for me to get my work done here. The residents are friendly, the infrastructure is solid for installing and maintaining service, and scheduling appointments is smooth. Overall, it’s one of the best properties I work with.

Had package stolen off my front porch. Management acts as if its an inconvenience to report anything. When being told to enter my apartment per law I have to ask multiple times the reason and that is concerning since transparency should be reasonable within the first ask.

The property is wellMaintained maintenance is great! They respond to work orders in a timely manner. Alyssa the leasing staff is great! She’s always very nice and professional and very helpful and actually cares about the residents. And I am satisfied with the new owners I’ve seen a difference in management and the way they run things. But I’ve been here a year and a half and the pool has never been opened and unfortunately the neighborhood has a lot of car thefts and break ins my car has been stolen twice in the neighborhood overall I have no complaints about Kaleidoscope. But I do not like the neighborhood and will not be renewing my lease.
