You keep raising rates but not providing care to that level. Nothing changes! So how do you justify that the rate changes other than cost of living, care, etc.no other facilities are doing this why are you?I would like to see your expenses and budget. You are obviously doing something wrong! If you are trying to take advantage of people that is very wrong!

Changing to Direct TV hasn’t been good. We had to get my mom a simple channel changer and it had to be programed. She doesn’t get any good channels any longer.

Challenging to get someone on the phone or get a call returned. Front desk person response is all persons are busy can get back to you in a day or two. This was a large reason to move my aunt

As the weather is changing and the residents are frail is the staff wearing masks amd gloves when they go into the residences' apartments when cleaning?

My husband is thriving at Prestige Kalispell Assisted Living. Staff is wonderful and attentive, respectful and easily work with next of kin for best outcome for the Resident.Activities could be increased, especially on weekends. Activities are minimal and could offer more choices - trips, outings, visits out, music, more arts and crafts... Teaming with local community college for intergenerational events

My mother doesn’t participate in activities and very rarely events, so what I’ve observed based on observation is how I ranked in that category.

The Memory Care side needs some help! Most of the staff care about the residents and their job but they do not have enough time to do all that is asked of them. Perhaps have someone from the kitchen who can set up and serve the residents. In addition the staff needs more support from Management as well as better training. If you can’t have a Director on duty, why not have a supervisor on hand? Promote someone from current staff who can mentor all new hires and troubleshoot on problem areas. Staff retention is an issue and lack of adequate staffing for all shifts is problematic!
