Since private equity purchased this facility, the cost per month we are paying have increased significantly, especially in the memory care unit. There has been very little in terms of changes in the facility and or care to justify the type and frequency of increases we have seen. This is a tremendous concern. The staff does a tremendous job caring for these residents and is the strength of this community. Unfortunately, they have not been rewarded with pay increases even though we are paying significantly more for care.

Staying there was an actual learning experiences. All different kinds of great folks. Wonderful staff plus great neighbors. Those 3.5 years were great.

My mother has been living here at Kalispell Assisted Living for a year and a half. She is very happy here. She does not participate in any of the activities or dine in the dining area. (Her preference) They take very good care of her, even bring her meals to her room.

Maintenance slow to make repairs

The price (new rates especially) vs the care given do not calculate. It’s WAY too expensive for what is given in return. Currently looking at other options available.
