Made an appointment for 8:30. Was told I was next in line. My partner went in after me with no appointment. 2 hours later, I walked by and saw my partners car being worked on, but not mine. I asked if my car was ready. They said the tech I was assigned to didn’t get to it yet. I took my keys back and left. What is the point of making an appointment?No apology, just told that’s how it is. Luck of the draw with the tech I get.Also, even though my partners car did get worked on, he never got a text or call about it when it was finished and he had to be the one to ask if it was done to go get his car.Beyond annoying.

Communication was ok. The internet link to review recommended repairs is easy to read and scroll through. However, when I chose a service, the screen turns white and then I’m unable to retrieve the link in an efficient fashion. In this case, I approved an alignment before I could approve the shocks. I risked an extra alignment and extra charge.
