there was no parking spaces available I ended up parking in a lane behind cars that were for sale.All and all I am happy with Service and Techs, it is the computer system of this car. I have been told to keep a running list of problems, which i have done, the USB is the most recent. and yes USB was updatedservice was behind when I came in for 2 pm appt. I knew up front that it would be 1 1/2 hours. I did ask them to look into a USB problem which did add to the time.

Scheduling was the easiest partSupposedly did a multiple point inspection.They didn't even reset the maintenance mileage on there! It still says service vehicle.I probably won't be bringing my car back for oil changes, but if it has to do with something else, that should be included in my paid warranty, I will because that's what I paid for.

Scheduling was fine.The wait was almost 2 hours.I was satisfied in this area.Tell customers how long the wait will be.

My experience was good, however, every time I am there, there are several customers waiting in the waiting area complaining about the length of time they are there and sometimes they seem pretty frazzled behind the desk. Me personally, had a great experience this last visit.My recent experience was really good, however, in the past, the wait times have far exceeded what I was told. This time was great.

Really appreciated everyone at Keene. Mikey G was pleasant and helpful. Financing was the smoothest and friendliest process. Thank you for showing us car buying doesn't have to be stressful.This was the easiest experience buying a car ever. Will always shop here

Keene Mitsubishi did their best to determine the problem. However, the tools provided to them by Mitsubishi were insufficient to identify what exactly went wrong with my vehicle which temporarily lost the speed "Drive" on January 25th, 2026.Excellent service.
